When Paul and Amy Kubista became the owners of Twin City Seed in 2016, the company became a true family affair. Ron, Paul’s dad, began helping from day one. A veteran in the seed business, he has been on hand to do anything and everything to support his son as he transitioned to business owner. Ron has worked every spring in the warehouse filling orders and doing whatever it takes since 2016 and he is always on hand to jump in if TCS is short-staffed.

Steve, Amy’s dad, retired last year, but like many people who retire, he wanted to continue working and contributing, but without the stress associated with a regular career and paycheck. Now he helps his daughter and son-in-law by bagging and delivering seed throughout the area.

Like the best dads, Ron and Steve are super reliable and super fun to have around the warehouse. TCS is grateful to have them as a part of the team!
