Indiangrass, Sorghastrum nutans
Indiangrass is a warm-season, perennial grass that is beneficial to game, songbirds, and white-tailed deer by providing food and habitat cover. It is also palatable to livestock. It grows to a height of 3 to 8 fee tall and is often found in heavy clay to sandy soil conditions that range from acidic to basic. Indiangrass is often used for erosion control in areas that are prone to wind erosion or roadside cover.

A copy of the complaint shall be sent to the seller by certified or registered mail or as otherwise provided by state statute.
