TCS 70/30 OVERSEED MIX is a combination of improved Kentucky Bluegrasses and fine-textured Perennial Ryegrasses. It is designed for superior turf quality in full sun to light shade. It will require medium to high management to reach its full potential. Many golf course fairways, home lawns and other turf areas are planted with this mixture where superior turf quality is required. This combination of Kentucky Bluegrasses and fine-textured Perennial Ryegrasses have proven to be a combination that provides improved disease resistance, great color and strong plant density. This mixture will perform at a high level on most soils, from high sands to heavier clay soils where medium to high levels of fertilization and regular irrigation is available. 70/30 Overseed Mixture is an excellent choice for turf areas that are managed by professionals and others who demand high quality turf and are willing to provide the inputs to achieve those goals. Best results are achieved 2+ fertilizations per growing season and irrigation that is sufficient to promote healthy growth throughout the growing season.

The consumer shall file a complaint (sworn for AR, FL, IN, MS, SC, TX, WA; signed only CA, GA, ID, ND, SD) along with the required fee (where applicable) with the commissioner (IN)/Director/Secretary of Agriculture, Seed Commissioner, or Chief Agricultural Officer within such time as to permit inspection of the crops, plants, or trees by the designed agency and the seedsman from whom the seed was purchased. A copy of the complaint shall be sent to the seller by certified or registered mail or as otherwise provided by state statute.
