TCS 50/50 ATHLETIC SEED MIX is a combination of premium Kentucky Bluegrasses and fine-textured Perennial Ryegrasses. It is designed for superior turf quality in full sun to light shade where the turf areas receive higher than normal traffic. The combination of Kentucky Bluegrasses and fine-textured Perennial Ryegrass has proven to be the combination that maximizes traffic tolerance and density of the turf stand. This mix will perform at a high level on most soils, from high sands to heavier clay soils. The best results will be achieved with medium to high management levels which not only gives the turf great color and density, but also great recovery potential.

• 25% Brooklawn Kentucky Bluegrass
• 25% Pangea GLR Perennial Ryegrass
• 25% Manhattan 7 Perennial Ryegrass

NOTICE ARBITRATION/CONCILIATION/MEDIATION REQUIRED BY SEVERAL STATES: Under the seed laws of several states, arbitration, mediation or conciliation is required as a prerequisite to maintaining a legal action based upon the failure of seed to which this notice is attached to produce as represented. The consumer shall file a complaint (sworn for AR, FL, IN, MS, SC, TX, WA; signed only CA, GA, ID, ND, SD) along with the required fee (where applicable) with the commissioner (IN)/Director/Secretary of Agriculture, Seed Commissioner, or Chief Agricultural Officer within such time as to permit inspection of the crops, plants, or trees by the designed agency and the seedsman from whom the seed was purchased. A copy of the complaint shall be sent to the seller by certified or registered mail or as otherwise provided by state statute.
